José Fuentes

José Fuentes was born in the town of Corozal Puerto Rico. He is a distinguished craftsman whose jewelry is a favorite among many. He creates his masterpieces from nickel, silver, brass, and copper; his striking designs showcase his gift for elegant simplicity. His designs are inspired by the Taíno* petrogliphs that have been discovered during archeological studies of the rocks and caves throughout Puerto Rico.

* Indigenous inhabitant of Puerto Rico at the island's discovery by Christopher Columbus.
